Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Engineer with 3+ years of experience in construction projects to ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections for civil construction activities.
- Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and checklists.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors regarding quality issues.
- Raise and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and corrective actions.
- Perform material inspections and ensure approved materials are used at site.
- Conduct concrete, steel, masonry, finishing, and waterproofing inspections.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project quality plans.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits.
- Maintain all quality-related documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, IS codes, and construction standards.
- Experience in preparing inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of concrete testing, finishing works, and material inspections.
- Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and audit processes.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
Salary
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
