Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues.
- Set up new employee systems, email accounts, and required software.
- Maintain and monitor office LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Install operating systems, antivirus software, and application updates.
- Maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and office peripherals.
- Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and data security checks.
- Keep records of IT assets, software licenses, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and procurement when required.
- Assist employees with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other productivity tools.
- Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of technical issues.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior exposure to handling cameras and basic camera setup will be preferred.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
