Job Summary
We are looking for a Vehicle Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in vehicle integration, packaging, and Digital Mock-Up (DMU) activities. The candidate will be responsible for supporting overall vehicle layout development, aggregate packaging, and cross-functional integration activities for commercial vehicle programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support vehicle integration and packaging activities for complete vehicle development programs.
- Develop and review overall vehicle and aggregate packaging layouts.
- Perform Digital Mock-Up (DMU) analysis to identify and resolve packaging and interference issues.
- Coordinate with BIW, Chassis, Powertrain, Electrical, Interior, and Exterior teams to ensure seamless vehicle integration.
- Conduct feasibility studies and support design reviews.
- Ensure compliance with vehicle architecture, performance, and packaging requirements.
- Participate in issue resolution, prototype builds, and validation activities.
- Maintain engineering documentation and support design change implementation.
Required Skills
- Experience in Vehicle Integration and Vehicle Packaging.
- Knowledge of overall vehicle layout development.
- Hands-on experience with DMU (Digital Mock-Up).
- Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6.
- Understanding of automotive product development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
