Job Description
Leela Turnkey Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in civil construction, interior fit-outs, and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution activities.
- Execute and monitor civil works, interior fit-out works, and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor labor productivity, material consumption, and site resources.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and project documentation.
- Verify contractor bills and quantities executed at site.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Sound knowledge of interior finishes, gypsum works, flooring, false ceiling, painting, modular furniture, joinery works, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and project planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites if required.
