About the Role
Grow Crafters is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who loves capturing moments, creating engaging content, and bringing brands to life on social media. If you're active on social platforms, enjoy creating posts, reels, and stories, and have a passion for content creation, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Capture photos and videos during events, meetings, shoots, and day-to-day activities for social media content.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form content.
- Design basic creatives using Canva and similar tools.
- Write captions, hashtags, and content copies aligned with brand voice.
- Schedule and publish content as per content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.
- Coordinate with the design, video editing, and marketing teams.
- Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content formats.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Express, or similar easy-to-use tools.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Comfortable with capturing photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Basic understanding of reels, trending audio, hashtags, and social media engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms is a plus.
