We are looking for a meticulous Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams and ensure that every Jaglax Homes property meets our premium standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will be responsible for the "finishing touch" that makes our homes guest-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct rigorous daily inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces. Ensure everything from linen crispness to floor shine is perfect.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the housekeeping staff. Organize daily tasks and ensure the team works efficiently.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, guest toiletries, and linens. Keep an accurate log of stock to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Roster & Attendance: Manage staff schedules, including shifts and leave rotations, ensuring adequate coverage across all properties.
- Training: Train new and existing staff on proper chemical usage, advanced cleaning techniques, and Jaglax Homes’ specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any breakages, leaks, or maintenance issues discovered during cleaning rounds to the technical team immediately.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–6 years of experience in Housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (Hotel or Luxury Villa experience preferred).
- Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for cleanliness and property presentation.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, industrial cleaning equipment, and fabric care.
- Communication: Ability to clearly direct staff and provide concise reports to management.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to move between properties and stay active throughout the shift. The candidate needs to have a valid driving license for commuting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
