Job Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Picking & Packing Executive to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching optical products while maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order slips.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Scan and verify products using barcode scanners.
- Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items before dispatch.
- Label and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and inventory teams for smooth operations.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0–1 years of experience in Picking, Packing, Warehouse, or Logistics (Freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of barcode scanning and inventory handling is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
