· Drive growth in locker services, Resources (FDs, NCDs) and MF
· Assist in Potential HNI Customer Development

Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and acquire new clients for locker services and investment products.
· Support the BH in nurturing relationships with HNI clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions.
· Actively support Customer Service in client interactions to convert cross-sell opportunities.
· Promote fixed deposits (FDs) and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to individual and corporate clients.
· Achieve sales targets for locker occupancy, FD/NCD mobilization, MF and HNI acquisitions.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to organize client engagement campaigns and seminars.
· Track and report on lead conversions, achievement of targets and report client and market feedback
Key Competencies Required:
· Strong sales and negotiation skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Understanding of debt instruments, locker services, and HNI financial needs
· Client-centric approach with the ability to build lasting relationships
· Working knowledge of RBI/SEBI regulations related to NBFC deposits and services
· Prior experience with CRM and Sales tracking tools
· High ethical standards and integrity in client dealings
Educational Qualification:
· Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration
Experience:
· 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in NBFCs, banks, or financial services handling HNI clients
Reporting To:
· Branch Head
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
