Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Site Engineer / Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare project reports and update management on progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience (or as required).
- Good knowledge of construction methods and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in industrial construction projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
