Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Tamil-speaking) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to drive student enrolments and business growth. The role involves interacting with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective students in Tamil
- Counsel students on courses, career paths, and program benefits
- Convert leads into enrolments / admissions
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
- Collecting remaining payments from students
- Provide feedback on market trends and student requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Student Counselling
- Fluency in Tamil with good communication skills
- Basic proficiency in English
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Preferred / Added Advantage:
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Education Sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management
- Knowledge of digital marketing leads and funnels
