HydroNest India is a fast-growing company specializing in water treatment components, RO systems, water filtration products, and commercial & industrial water treatment plants. We serve dealers, distributors, OEMs, manufacturers, institutions, and industries across India.
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive who can generate new business opportunities, convert enquiries into sales, and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales and marketing calls to prospective customers across India.
- Promote HydroNest India's complete range of water treatment products and solutions.
- Handle and follow up on enquiries received through:
- IndiaMART
- TradeIndia
- Company Website
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Phone Calls
- Social Media
- Generate new business by identifying dealers, distributors, industries, builders, hospitals, schools, hotels, and commercial customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through regular follow-ups.
- Explain product features, pricing, and basic technical information to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for quotations, order processing, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, quotations, and follow-up activities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone throughout the day.
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet).
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Intermediate with good communication skills.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support, B2B sales, or the water treatment industry will be an added advantage.
