As part of our retail expansion, we are excited to launch our new Shoppers Stop SIS counters across Noida & Greater Noida, and are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing retail team.
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors for our newly opening Shoppers Stop SIS counters in Noida & Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing Kimirica’s luxury brand image across personal care, fragrances, skincare, and gifting categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising and hygiene standards at the counter
- Ensure proper product display and stock availability
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product knowledge
- Coordinate with store teams for smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, gifting, retail, or luxury sales preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with sales understanding
- Presentable and confident personality
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and retail environments
- Basic knowledge of skincare and beauty products preferred
