Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to schools, coaching centers, and community hubs to promote programs
- Generate and nurture leads through cold visits, referrals, and local partnerships
- Organize and participate in admission drives, seminars, and open houses
- Deliver persuasive presentations and one-on-one counseling to prospective students and parents
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets across assigned territory
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and conversion data in CRM systems
- Provide market feedback to improve outreach strategies and messaging
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align field efforts with campaigns

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹580,000.00 per year
