About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible CRM & Trading Operations executive to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day operational activities related to CRM data, MT5 Manager, trading account monitoring, risk management, and transaction reporting.
The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, basic knowledge of financial markets or forex trading, and the ability to work accurately with reports and account data. Training will be provided to help the selected candidate understand our systems and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain regular CRM data reports and operational reports.
- Handle day-to-day activities and account management through MT5 Manager.
- Monitor trading accounts and assist with account-level risk management.
- Review account activity and identify unusual or potentially high-risk trading activities.
- Prepare and maintain deposit and withdrawal reports.
- Monitor and reconcile deposit and withdrawal transactions between internal systems and trading platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, trading activities, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Coordinate with the CRM, trading, finance, and support teams regarding account-related operational matters.
- Assist in monitoring trading account balances, equity, credit, bonuses, and other relevant account information.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and report any discrepancies or unusual account activities to the relevant team.
- Follow internal procedures and maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Support the team with other trading and CRM operational tasks when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Forex, financial markets, or online trading is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MT5 Manager, CRM systems, or trading platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial and account data.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and understand reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn trading operations, CRM systems, and risk management procedures.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Forex and financial market operations are also encouraged to apply.
Salary & Career Growth
The starting salary for this position will be ₹17,000 per month. The salary and responsibilities may be reviewed based on the candidate's performance, ability to learn the systems, and overall work efficiency.
Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, successfully complete the required training, and are able to independently manage operational responsibilities may have the opportunity to progress into a higher-level role and potentially relocate to our Dubai office based on business requirements and company policy.
