Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Contact potential customers and explain company products or services.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams to improve customer experience.
- Keep records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.

- Experience in Education, Training, IT Services, Software, or Digital Marketing industries.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
