Core Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning & Sanitation: Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms.
- Bedding & Linen: Strip used beds, make beds with fresh linens, and collect/sort laundry.
- Restocking: Refill bathroom amenities (soaps, shampoo), in-room refreshments (coffee, tea), and minibar items.
- Guest Services: Respond promptly to guest requests (extra towels, pillows), retrieve lost items, and maintain a polite demeanor.
- Safety & Maintenance: Check room fixtures (lights, thermostats, TVs) and report any damage or technical issues to maintenance.
- Supply Management: Maintain, stock, and organize housekeeping carts.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to walk, stand, lift heavy objects (like fresh linens), and bend for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
- Time Management: Ability to clean and service an assigned number of rooms within a specific timeframe.
- Customer Service: Basic communication skills to address guest inquiries and complaints.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
