Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and confident Corporate Sales Executive to drive revenue for our TV channel and digital platforms. The role includes corporate sales, inside sales (telecalling), and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and capable of converting leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Corporate Sales:
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and government bodies (DAVP, etc.)
- Identify new business opportunities in media, advertising, and sponsorships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Telecalling / Inside Sales:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing clients
- Pitch company services (TV ads, digital promotions, sponsorships) over calls
- Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking
- Convert cold leads into warm prospects through regular follow-ups
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking skills (especially over calls)
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and client handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in media sales / advertising / telecalling / inside sales
- Knowledge of digital marketing or media industry is a plus
