- Supervise and schedule service engineers and technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and provide advanced technical troubleshooting guidance for complex breakdowns.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, breakdown repairs, and the installation, testing, and commissioning of new DG sets.
- Handle client escalations, maintain strong relationships, and drive business growth by selling and renewing AMCs.
- Manage the service department budget, prepare maintenance estimates/invoices, and oversee the inventory of critical spare parts.
- Ensure service activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain accurate logs of warranty claims and service records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
