About the Role
Treemendous Plants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support the company’s procurement and vendor management functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase order creation, and vendor coordination.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and operational supplies as per business requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, vendor databases, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare comparative statements, cost analyses, procurement reports, and MIS using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with Operations, Projects, and Finance teams to plan and fulfill procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory requirements and support stock planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate, bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
