Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Sales Manager for our Branch Banking division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth by managing a team of sales representatives and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop sales strategies, ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, and meet branch targets. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations for team members to improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with branch management and other departments to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
