About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented ASO – B2B Sales (TMT Projects) professional to drive project sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and generate B2B sales opportunities for TMT products in construction projects.
- Identify and connect with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners.
- Manage project-based sales activities from lead generation to order closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain sales reports and market intelligence.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
- Experience in building construction, steel, TMT bars, or related industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction projects and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional approach with good client-handling ability.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
