Key Responsibilities :
● Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
● Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with
standards.
● Assign tasks and provide training to housekeeping associates.
● Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
● Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services.
● Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
● Maintain staff duty rosters and attendance records.
Key Requirements :
Education :
● Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Technical Skills :
● Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.
● Team management and scheduling.
● Understanding of hygiene, safety, and hospitality protocols.
Personal Traits :
● Strong attention to detail.
● Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
● Problem-solving abilities.
● Organized and proactive attitude.
Two wheeler vehicle is mandatory.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
