Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through inbound booking inquiries and outbound sales activities. The role focuses on converting leads into confirmed bookings, promoting resort packages, maintaining guest relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries received through calls, emails, WhatsApp, website, and OTA platforms.
- Generate outbound sales through follow-ups, lead generation, cold calling, and corporate outreach.
- Promote room bookings, stay packages, events, weddings, and corporate retreats.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate booking records, sales reports, and customer databases.
- Build relationships with travel agents, event planners, corporate clients, and repeat guests.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, reservations, or customer service.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, OTAs, and reservation platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work on targets and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
