Job Description:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable CureForever products.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with potential customers and existing buyers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
