Tele Counsellor – Study Abroad (Fresher / Intern)
We are looking for a motivated Tele Counsellor for a 3-month internship to support our Study Abroad division. The candidate will assist in guiding students and handling enquiries related to overseas education opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
- Provide information on study abroad programs, courses, and destinations
- Understand student requirements and guide them accordingly
- Maintain enquiry records and follow-ups
- Support the team in student conversion and engagement
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English/Malayalam preferred)
- Interest in overseas education and counselling
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
