About the Role
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Content Creator to manage and produce engaging content for our in-person chat show podcast. The role involves planning, recording, and editing high-quality digital content while ensuring it resonates with our target audience of students interested in studying abroad and career development.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling cameras, creating short-form content, editing videos, and managing social media distribution.
Content Creation
- Plan and create engaging content for the chat show podcast.
- Shoot and capture in-person interviews, discussions, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and clips from podcast episodes.
Video Production
- Record podcast episodes using cameras, microphones, and lighting setups.
- Edit podcast videos into full episodes and short viral clips.
- Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and sound enhancements.
Content Strategy
- Work with the marketing team to plan episode topics, guest ideas, and content themes.
- Create content that educates students about careers, studying abroad, and international opportunities.
Social Media Management
- Repurpose podcast content for platforms like:
- Instagram
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Schedule and publish posts while optimizing for engagement.
Creative Direction
- Suggest new ideas for making the podcast more engaging.
- Manage thumbnails, captions, hooks, and storytelling formats to increase reach.
Skills & Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or social media production
- Understanding of short-form video trends and social media algorithms
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio recording
- Strong storytelling and content planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
