Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proactive approach to achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
