Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries) for pre-owned cars
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain vehicle details, pricing, and available offers
- Schedule showroom visits and test drives
- Follow up regularly with interested customers to close sales
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records
- Coordinate with field sales and evaluation team for smooth processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Assist customers with documentation and finance/loan process
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
