ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a
Sub Consultant Developer – RPA, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, helping streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build scalable automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, and enterprise integrations.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Automation Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient automation solutions.
- Workflow Automation: Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline business operations and eliminate manual processes.
- Power Apps Development: Develop and support Power Apps solutions to enhance business productivity and user experience.
- System Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, SAP, and external applications through REST APIs.
- API & Connector Development: Develop and maintain custom connectors, APIs, and integrations for seamless data exchange.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor bot and flow performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Data Management: Work with SQL databases, JSON, XML, and other data sources to support automation requirements.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in solution testing, UAT support, deployments, and production support activities.
- Governance & Security: Implement Power Platform best practices, governance standards, security controls, and compliance requirements.
- Process Optimization: Enhance existing workflows and automation solutions to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver automation initiatives successfully.
- Documentation & Support: Prepare technical documentation and provide user support where required.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–6+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform Development and Automation Solutions.
- Power Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- SharePoint & Dataverse: Experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Integration Skills: Strong experience in REST API integrations and enterprise application connectivity.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
- Database Skills: Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Microsoft Ecosystem: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Power Platform administration.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, global environment.
