We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled NICU Staff Nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill, premature, or vulnerable newborns. You will collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and families to manage complex medical care in a high-acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess neonates' vital signs, respiratory status, and developmental needs continuously.
- Administer specialized medications, IV fluids, and nutritional support as prescribed.
- Operate and manage advanced medical equipment, including mechanical ventilators, incubators, and infusion pumps.
- Support and educate parents on infant care, feeding strategies, and transitioning to home care.
- Respond immediately to neonatal medical emergencies and participate in resuscitation protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license.
- Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience in a NICU, PICU, or pediatric setting preferred.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
