Job Description:
-
Prepare the components specifications for centrifugal pump, Plate & Frame heat exchanger, control valves, relief device, flow transmitter, Air coolers etc.

Develop Process flow Diagram & Piping & Instrumentation Diagram
-
Sizing and Selection of pumps, control valves, Pressure relief device, orifice, heat exchanger, Flow transmitter, etc.

Conducting technical discussion with supplier/ manufacturer to freeze specifications
-
Preparing test setup and conducting the components validation tests.
-
Troubleshooting of equipments/Instrumentation items.
-
Component testing and qualification for alternate parts.
-
Experience in Pressure Swing Adsorption Technology is preferred.

Hands on experience with equipments like pumps, Heat Exchanger would be preferred.
Requirements and skills: -

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience.

Positive attitude to learn and make others learn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good Team player
Staff engineer should have proper understanding of process flow schemes, aware of basic process designing rules and equipment/Instrumentation sizing & selection.
