Position: Purchase Assistant.
Department: Purchase / Procurement
Reporting To: Purchase Manager / Director
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved purchase requisitions.
- Verify purchase order details, pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper records of all purchase transactions and documentation.
Vendor Coordination
- Follow up regularly with suppliers regarding pending orders and delivery schedules.
- Resolve basic vendor-related issues regarding material supply and documentation.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
Material Follow-up
- Track open purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments regarding material status.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain vendor databases and purchase records.
- Prepare purchase reports, pending order reports, and delivery status reports.
- Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and updated.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
