Sales CoordinatorResponsibilities
- Attend incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Respond to leads received through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up on quotations and customer requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through regular follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Prior experience in sales coordination or customer support is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
