We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Track attendance and leave records
- Prepare HR reports and updates
Requirements:
- MBA/ PGDM- HR / BBA
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 2+ Years of experience
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
