Role Summary
The AC Helper will assist AC technicians and supervisors in daily installation, servicing, repair, maintenance, and field operation activities. The role requires physical field work, coordination with technicians, proper handling of tools and materials, and support during customer site operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. AC Installation Support
· Assist technicians during AC installation activities.
· Support in shifting and handling indoor and outdoor AC units.
· Help in copper pipe fitting, insulation work, drainage pipe setup, and bracket installation.
· Assist during wiring, electrical connection, and fitting work.
· Support drilling, cutting, and site preparation activities.
· Arrange and carry tools, ladders, and required installation materials.
· Help in testing AC cooling performance after installation.
· Ensure proper cleaning of site after installation completion.
2. AC Servicing & Maintenance Support
· Assist technicians during AC servicing and preventive maintenance work.
· Help in AC cleaning, filter cleaning, water washing, and blower cleaning activities.
· Support gas charging and leakage checking processes.
· Assist in assembling AC components during repair work.
· Help in routine inspection and maintenance activities.
· Ensure proper handling of servicing equipment and cleaning materials.
· Maintain cleanliness and safety during maintenance operations.
3. Repair & Troubleshooting Assistance
· Support technicians during AC breakdown and repair work.
· Help identify basic issues related to cooling, wiring, leakage, and drainage.
· Assist during compressor checking, capacitor replacement, and electrical testing.
· Arrange spare parts, tools, and materials required during repair activities.
· Support emergency breakdown service calls when required.
· Ensure proper coordination during urgent field operations.
4. Site & Field Coordination Responsibilities
· Travel to customer locations with technicians for installation and service work.
· Assist in site preparation and material handling activities.
· Maintain discipline and professional behavior at customer locations.
· Ensure proper loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
· Coordinate with technicians for smooth field execution.
· Support completion of work within assigned timelines.
· Follow supervisor instructions during field operations.
5. Tools & Equipment Handling
· Maintain proper handling and safety of tools and equipment.
· Ensure tools are properly arranged and stored after use.
· Support inventory checking of field tools and materials.
· Inform supervisors about damaged or missing tools.
· Handle electrical and technical equipment carefully.
· Ensure proper maintenance of basic servicing equipment.
6. Safety & Compliance Responsibilities
· Follow company safety guidelines and field instructions.
· Use safety equipment properly during work activities.
· Ensure safe handling of electrical wires and AC equipment.
· Follow ladder safety and site safety procedures.
· Maintain cleanliness and avoid unsafe practices at customer locations.
· Immediately report any safety issue or technical risk to the supervisor.
Daily Operational Responsibilities
· Support technicians throughout the assigned field work.
· Ensure tools and materials are available before site visits.
· Complete assigned support work responsibly.
· Maintain discipline, attendance, and work quality.
· Follow daily work schedules assigned by supervisors.

Qualification & Experience
· 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI preferred
· Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
· Basic AC, electrical, plumbing, or technical knowledge will be an added advantage
· Prior field work experience preferred but not mandatory
Salary: 8 to 10 K per month
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
