CTC: ₹8,50,000 LPA – ₹10,50,000 LPA (Based on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the company's IT infrastructure, systems, servers, networks, and end-user computing environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Windows/Linux administration, server management, network troubleshooting, system security, backup management, IT infrastructure monitoring, and user support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and smooth functioning of the organization's IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware.
- Monitor server performance, system availability, storage, CPU, memory, and other infrastructure parameters.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, system access, email accounts, and IT asset allocation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network, and application-related issues.
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and IT vendors for infrastructure-related issues.
- Implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures to ensure data availability.
- Maintain system security, antivirus/endpoint protection, patch management, and security updates.
- Perform regular server and system updates, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and server-related alerts and incidents.
- Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, system configurations, asset records, and technical procedures.
- Ensure appropriate access permissions and security controls are implemented across systems.
- Support IT audits and maintain required infrastructure-related records and documentation.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
- Identify recurring technical issues and implement appropriate preventive solutions.
- Provide technical support to employees and ensure timely resolution of IT-related tickets.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for infrastructure projects and support.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of:

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure/AWS will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure / Server Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of system and network administration.
- Ability to work independently and handle critical IT infrastructure issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple IT issues and provide timely resolutions.
Preferred Experience
Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.
Candidates with experience in e-commerce, retail, B2C, or high-volume business environments will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹8 LPA to ₹10 LPA
The final compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, technical skills, current CTC, and overall suitability for the role.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,050,000.00 per year
