Job Summary
We are looking for result-oriented Freelance Recruiters with hands-on experience in bulk hiring and mass recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities and be able to deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.
Recruiters with experience in hiring for Field Sales, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, BPO, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, and other frontline workforce roles will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through personal database, social media, referrals, job groups, and other available channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until successful joining.
- Submit quality and relevant candidate profiles.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Ensure timely closures for bulk hiring positions.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular status updates.

Preference will be given to recruiters with experience in hiring for:
- Field Sales Executives
- Relationship Officers
- Banking Sales
- NBFC Sales
- Insurance Sales
- BPO (Voice & Non-Voice)
- Telecom Sales
- FMCG Sales

- Logistics & Delivery Workforce
- Manufacturing Workforce
- Bulk & Mass Hiring Projects
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience preferred.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Active recruiter network will be an added advantage.
