Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments
- Support onboarding processes and maintain reports
- Assist in achieving sales targets through follow-ups
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations
- Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office
- Target-driven with good time management skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
