Job Description – Logistics Executive (Export & Import)
Department: Logistics / Supply Chain
Reporting To: Logistics Manager
Job Summary
Manage end-to-end import and export logistics, ensuring timely shipment execution, accurate documentation, customs compliance, and coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments by sea, air, and road.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, etc.).
- Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, GST, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain shipment records, logistics MIS, and ERP updates.
- Optimize freight costs and minimize delays, demurrage, and detention charges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Certification in Export-Import Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in import/export logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
