Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital acquisition channels for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing campaigns, increasing ROI, and driving measurable revenue growth.
Responsible for managing multi-channel paid campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and leveraging analytics to maximize customer acquisition and retention across all digital touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a full-funnel performance marketing strategy to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
- Manage campaigns across channels such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Build and optimize campaigns focused on key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and LTV.
- Coordinate with product, merchandising, and creative teams to align campaign messaging and product promotions.
- Oversee daily campaign performance and ensure optimal delivery and budget utilization.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Manage product feeds and ensure accurate catalog setup for shopping campaigns.
- Optimize user journey from ad click to checkout through effective CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Data Studio, Shopify Analytics) to track and report campaign performance.
- Analyze traffic, conversion data, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement advanced tracking solutions (e.g., pixels, UTMs, server-side tagging) for accurate attribution.
- Present weekly/monthly performance dashboards with insights and action plans.
- Plan, allocate, and manage performance marketing budgets effectively.
- Forecast sales growth, acquisition costs, and ROI for paid marketing activities.
- Identify scalable growth opportunities within budget constraints.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, e-commerce trends, and emerging ad technologies.
- Test new marketing channels and partnerships to drive incremental growth.
- Work closely with CRM and retention teams on remarketing and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 4–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce.
· Proven track record of managing large monthly ad spends and delivering strong ROI.
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Affiliate Marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Shopify or Magento.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely) and email automation/CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot).
