Job Summary:
Hiring for a 100% Chat Process in the BFSI domain. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information on financial products, and ensuring timely resolution with high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Support experience (Voice or Chat)
- Mandatory BFSI experience
- Good understanding of financial markets
- Strong written communication skills
Work Schedule:
- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
