Job Title : EXECUTIVE CHEF
Location : YMR Junction, Nanthencode Trivandrum
Qualification :Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1.Oversee daily kitchen operations.
2.Plan and develop menus.
3.Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
4.Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training.
5.Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
1.Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role.
2.Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
3.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
