Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- B.E. Civil (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and execution of civil construction work for:
- Buildings, internal roads, foundations, RCC structures
- Ensure quality control and adherence to technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor workforce
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely progress
- Manage material stock, consumption, and site-level reporting
- Maintain daily work logs, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and material usage sheets
- Supervise and inspect shuttering, concreting, plastering, brickwork, excavation, and road layering
- Resolve site-level issues and report critical problems to the Project Manager
- Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage by all workers
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in building construction and road works
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD
- Understanding of site layout, levels, RCC detailing, and civil finishing
- Basic knowledge of estimating & billing (added advantage)
- Strong team management and problem-solving abilities
- Able to read structural & architectural drawings independently
- Good communication and documentation skills
