Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our products/services to businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
