Key Responsibilities
Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories
Schedule and publish content according to content calendars
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
Assist with social media advertising campaigns
Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
Good written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
