Ward In-Charge
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 4–8 years
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day ward operations.
- Lead, guide, and allocate duties to nursing staff.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to nursing protocols.
- Monitor medication administration, documentation, and patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection-control and safety standards.
- Handle patient and relative concerns professionally.
- Monitor ward cleanliness, equipment, and availability of essential supplies.
- Conduct staff handovers, rounds, and maintain proper nursing documentation.
- Train and mentor junior nursing staff.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of nursing procedures and patient-care standards.
- Ability to manage staff and ward operations effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
