Primary Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile applications

Experience leading discovery activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle

Experience working in Agile product development environments

Deep understanding of user experience design principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and enterprise product design

Proven expert proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, design systems, and design documentation

Proven solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in leading end-to-end product design for complex digital experiences

Proven solid communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels

Demonstrated ability to mentor designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing enterprise software or large-scale digital products

Experience working in a Product Company, Global Capability Center, or consulting organization supporting long-term product development

Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams, including U.S. based stakeholders

Healthcare experience

Experience designing products in similarly complex or regulated industries including insurance, financial services, retail, telecommunications, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or enterprise software is also valued

Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve research, design exploration, documentation, or team workflows
