Manager MEP (Operations)
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) – Preferred.
- Additional certifications in Project Management or MEP systems will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in MEP execution of high-rise residential projects.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan construction projects is highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to end-to-end residential project execution, including planning, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Experience in handling multiple residential projects simultaneously will be an added advantage.
Job Summary
The Manager – Operations (MEP) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across high-rise residential projects. The role requires close coordination with civil, architectural, structural, procurement, quality, safety, and project teams to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete MEP execution for high-rise residential projects.
- Develop and monitor MEP execution schedules aligned with the overall project timeline.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid execution delays.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents before execution.
- Ensure installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, STP, WTP, HVAC (where applicable), ELV, and other building services as per approved drawings and statutory requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and cost of MEP works.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, clients, contractors, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of MEP materials and equipment.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review meetings to track project progress.
- Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions at site.
- Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC), IS standards, local authority requirements, and company quality standards.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover of MEP systems.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, cost reports, and management presentations.
- Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety policies and statutory regulations.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential MEP systems.
- Expertise in execution of high-rise residential buildings.
- Experience in Mivan construction methodology is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV, STP, and WTP systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with project planning and monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of statutory approvals, inspections, and building codes.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
