Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end marketing, lead management, and transaction coordination across our residential and commercial portfolio. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple functions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Leasing
- Handle inbound and outbound leads across residential sales and commercial leasing
- Conduct client calls, follow-ups, and relationship management via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate and manage site visits with prospective clients
- Convert leads into closures and support negotiations
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Prepare marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and property listings
- Manage and update social media platforms
- Assist in executing digital campaigns and tracking lead sources
Client Coordination & Documentation
- Prepare and review agreements (sale agreements, lease agreements, LOIs, etc.)
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and clients to ensure smooth deal closure
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
CRM & Reporting
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions systematically
- Maintain databases of clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Provide periodic reports on sales/leasing performance and marketing activities
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, and/or marketing
- Strong understanding of residential sales and commercial leasing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high accountability
- Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and basic marketing tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Basic understanding of legal documentation in real estate transactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
