Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our IT & Hardware Sales team. The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the IT hardware market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT hardware products, a proven track record in sales, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet business objectives and targets in the IT and hardware sales sector.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring they are motivated, goal-oriented, and equipped to meet sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working with potential clients to create tailored solutions.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze sales trends, forecast revenue, and prepare reports for upper management on performance and progress.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and closing of high-value contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, particularly in IT or hardware sales.
- In-depth knowledge of IT hardware products, services, and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
